The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office uses Coban body-worn cameras as of 2020. The agency started its body-worn camera program in 2015 with 25 cameras. The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office purchased body-worn cameras in 2016 with a $29,875 grant through the South Carolina Department of Public Safety.
