The North Country Crime Analysis Center is part of a network of 10 real-time crime analysis centers supported by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice. Housed in the Franklin County Public Safety Building, the NCCAC serves law enforcement agencies in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties. It was launched in 2016.
