The Minneapolis Police Department's opened the Strategic Information Center in April 2020. The RTCC uses the Fusus Unified Awareness platform. Analysts can access the 911 and dispatch system, video feeds from around the city, ShotSpotter gunshot detection technology, a network of video cameras and other data systems.
