The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office began using Axon Flex cameras in 2020. The agency previously used Panasonic Arbitrator body-worn cameras, purchased with a $17,127 grant from the Department of Justice's Edward Byrne Memorial Assistance Grant in 2016.
